Madonna, I was thinking of an actual book opening, and I don't remember that in BatB, but my question didn't specify that, and there definitely is a storybook beginning to BatB, so I award you a storybook AAQ. (I actually didn't even think of BatB, to tell the truth!)

I believe it was Robin Hood ( 1973)

starting with Snow white and the seven Dwarfs (1937) it was a common practice for disney to start the feature with an storybook that opens.
