Wow, I'm tired but since I went to Disney today I thought I'd leave a little trip report on here. We went kind of late this morning. Got there about 11 and we parked at the TTC and walked to the Polynesian because I want to look at something for a friend. It was a really nice walk and hopefully convinced my mom to stay there (again). Then we went to Wilderness Lodge and had lunch, and I got a mug(I collect them). Then we finally made it to Magic Kingdom and I got fast passes for Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear. Then I rode the TTA. My mom wanted to go to Adventureland but we ended up in Liberty square to watch the parade. That was pretty fun. We then decided to get drinks and I ended up having to go to three places till I found water, really sucked in the middle of a Florida summer afternoon. Then I went over and did Buzz Lightyear (within 10 minutes including ride and line) and Space Mountain. Then we went to Epcot on the monorail. We went to eat dinner in China and ended up watching the parade after that. It's different a bit now for Tapestry of Dreams. Then I got a fast pass for Maelstrom and we went shopping. Then I did Maelstrom and I was the only one in the fast pass line which was kool. Then we went to get ice cream at the Land and got stuck there for awhile because it started raining. Then we got to the front of the park and found out that we couldn't take the monorail. Now, my mom is in a wheelchair and really hates buses because people stare at her on the lift etc. The line for the TTC was of course huge so we ended up taking a bus to Coronado Springs, then a bus to Magic Kingdom, and the ferry to the TTC. And I saw someone coming up from the bus area that had been at the end of the TTC line when we left Epcot, which is pretty sad. Anyway, it was a pretty fun day. I got on all three monorail tracks and all three kinds of transportation (bus, monorail, and boat).

Thanks For The Trip Report. You're lucky to see the new Tapsistry of Dreams!

<font color=blueviolet size=4>Sounds like fun Amanda!! I wish I lived close enough to Disney that I could just take a day trip like that!!!

Brad, I'm pretty sure that it's still Tapestry of Nations until the beginning of September.

Ya, it's still Tapestry of Nations until October but they have already put in some of the stuff that will be in Tapestry of Dreams. They changed the intro to talk about Dreams. I sounded kind of vague when I said it was different for it. I meant they were beginning to change it so that they would have the people trained with some of the newer puppets etc. My mom was still happy to see the Sage of Time though. Hopefully he or someone like him will be in the Tapestry of Dreams.

I agree with Meg-I wish I could just take a day trip to WDW whenever I wanted!

It takes me about 16 hours to get there!

Thanks for the trip report. I love hearing about people's Disney experiences.:)
