Disney trip planning DVD....

I ordered a trip planning kit but I got a VHS tape. I don't have a VCR.

The last time I ordered one I was able to select a DVD or tape, I'm on that web page now but there's no option to choose a DVD or tape.

What's the lowdown on getting a DVD?

Hmmm, that is weird. I ordered & received a DVD a few months ago. Wonder if they're temporarily out of DVD's or somethng?

I found another link but there's still no option to get a DVD. The picture shows both so I looked through the package but there's just the tape. But there was a card in there to order a kit that has a checkbox for tape or DVD. I just called the number (toll free 1-800-216-5984) and answered the same questions the web page asks.

Oh well, at least I was able to get the DVD.

The same thing happened to me. Got it a few weeks ago. I just figured I clicked on the wrong button. Luckily I have one of those dual machines.
