Hiya

Well on this lovely hot Sunday morning I am trying to compile a list of what I need to pre purchase for my WDW trip in .... (days below)

So far I have got the following things

Disney Annual Pass Vouchers
Universal Annual Pass Vouchers
MVMCP Tickets
Burch Gardens Tickets

For the plane I have, Camera, Films, Wet Wipes (who knows why as there arnt any kids going), Nurofen

So as you can see I think I have made a good start but what else do I need to do, I know its still quiet far out for me, but October, November at work are a nightmare and will be doing double if not triple time (I am thinking of the extra spending money)

Any suggestions welcome, as I am in a bit of mind blank as to what else to do

Anna :cheer2:

Do you have all your holiday clothes bought, soon the shops will have the winter stuff back in! Have you got a waterproof camera for the waterparks? Ive just bought some at Boots where it is buy one get one free at the moment. Good books to read on the plane? Suntan lotion and insect repellant? Pack of cards for airport, plane etc? If you want to make any priority seating I think you will have to do it soon so you will need a plan of what you are doing on each day. Ive run out of ideas now!

im off to the shops today to buy the last bits we need for our clothes....paid for the holiday on friay so i can now splash out on clothes :cheer2:

Hiya

We will finish paying for our holiday when I get paid on Friday, (least that will be done lol)

I have bought a few tops for my trip but I am in a dilema about clothes, you see I have been weight watchers for 3 months and have gone 3 clothes sizes already, I cant seee my er assests reducing much but my waist and back will sure to have altered again by then. So I dont know what to do!! should I buy a couple of sizes smaller or wait?

I got our Disney Beach Towels in the sale at the disney store on saturday which were a great buy (dbf still doesnt see why he has to have tigger lol)

As for smellies, I buy a bit every time I do my avon campains, so thats taken care of.

I have so far bought some dollars, but I am unsure as to how many to take. My dbf and I take our own money each, I was thinking $3000 for me as I need to christmas shop. but he thinks its too much.

I am at this minute filling in a renewal form for Chris's passport (men dont realise the importance of being prepared)

As for priority seating I have no idea where to start or when, we are giving the castle a miss this year as we have been on our past two visits and it seems mean for us to go again and stop someone else. And which should I make

Ill wait for some answers before I keep rambling :cheer2:

Personnally I would wait to buy your clothes. Stores such as Next in their Autumn/Winter Directory still will stock some summerish items anyway and you can still buy t-shirts etc. As you are going later in the year you may find some days a little chilly for shorts anyway. I am the same. I would like to lose just over a stone by the time we go in Oct but this means that I will fit back into some of my skirts/shorts. I don't want to get a bikini though but as Next will do them I am going to wait.
For the flight bottled water but you can get that at the airport. Don't worry if you forget something you can always take a trip to Walmart.

I've just checked the N web site and the stock for Autumn/Winter is showing. There are shorts, cropped trousers, t shirts on there

Why not travel light and buy clothes out there at half the price...

I don't think $3000 is too much to take, I would keep any eye on the dollar though, if you can afford it try and get a few while it is around the 1.7 mark.

We were lucky we got $3000 while it was at 1.89 and we are getting another $2000 at the end of the month I just hope it keeps around 1.7 for another couple of weeks till payday...

Hiya

So far I have managed to get the dollars at 1.7 or above so I am lucky in that sence.

I have $1800 so far so thats just $1200 left to go, I love getting the money!! makes it all real (until the day the tickets come through the door.)

I just bought an AAA parking pass from the net, so hopefully that will be good. even with the black out dates

clothes wise I think your right I will need to wait to buy, I get weighed for weight watchers on a monday morning and have lost another 3lb so if it continues at that rate of loss I will be another 57 pounds lighter lol (I know it will probably slow down.)

i had great fun at the shops....i hate the sales though :sad2: all the stuff is just rammed together and i can't browse properly :confused3
i tried on a lovely full lengh gypsy skirt in white from BHS but when i got it to the till it hadn't been reduced so i put it back !! i regret it now but i couldn't justify the full price for a summer skirt that will prob be out of fashion nect year :sad2:

If you do need any summer clothes to take with you i think Next are holding the summer sale this saturday so your bound to get lots of bargains there :Pinkbounc As a family we took around $3800 for 3 weeks and still came back with $350. So you will have plenty of money if you do decide to take $3000.

Hope you have a great holiday :Pinkbounc
