Disney Trip in 2010

I am planning on taking my family to WDW in 2 years as my daugter will be 5 and my son will be 2. I know this is early planning but where is the best place to stay.
We have stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside when the dinning plan 1st came out and loved it. I hear it has since changed.
Any help would be appreciated

With kiddos I would actually recommend seeing if you can rent points from a DVC member to stay at a DVC resort for the additional in room accomodations. Having a microwave, fridge and toaster in the studios is great and the full kitchen in the others is amazing to have with the kids. This could be a moot point if you go during free dining, but I couldn't imagine it any other way.

We go every two years ( with my mother's DVC, she likes to take us and the grandkids ) and 2010 is our next scheduled trip. though it's still "early planning" I have indeed started.

It all depends on what your budget is. I do have to say, the above suggestion to rent out a DVC from a member is a great one. We have been to regular resorts and DVC resorts, and the latter does really offer a nice bonus. We tend to stay at the BCV ( though last time, we tried a couple of days at the AKV ) and it's a really really nice location as well as a beautiful resort.
