Disney Transportation - POR to AKL Question

We have a PS at Boma at 8.45am next weekend. As we will not have a car (too scared to drive!!!) what is the most best way to get from Port Orleans Riverside to Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Hi - had the same problem. After some research I figured the fastest way was to take a bus to Epcot (approx 10 minutes) and then a bus to AKL (15 minutes). If anyone has a quicker route I'd be interested also.

I would suggest taking a taxi. You could be at the bus stop at POR at 8am and catch a bus to the AK park and then from there pick up the bus to the AKL but that is just to much work for us. We always have a rent a car but for people who do not the best=fastest way to get from resort to resort without a car is to take a taxi.

I agree - take a taxi. Even though the travel times that stressedmom suggested are right, it doesn't take into account the wait time for the busses (This can be long). Since you have a deadline, I wouldn't chance it.

Hop on board the Animal Kingdom bus. Once you get to AK, just head over to stop #7 - AK Lodge. That bus runs continuously all morning.

Using Epcot as a transfer point could work as well, but AK would be better.
