Disney Transportation Mk TTc to Resorts

Can someone please tell me which resorts we can get to from MK TTC via Monorail or boat? Thanks

From TTC you can get the resort monorail to the GF, Contemp. and Poly. Resorts and the paddle steamer to MK. From MK you can then get boats to GF, Poly and Wilderness Lodge.

From TTC you can also get monorail to Epcot. From there you can walk to the Internation Gateway entrance (between UK and France) and get Friendship boats to the Epcot resorts (Boaldwalk, Yacht/Beach Clubs, Swan/Dolphin) and to Hollywood Studios.
