How do you travel from the world to universal for the day? We won't have a car TIA

Most people either take a Mears shuttle or a cab. With just a couple people, the shuttle is cheaper at $20/person RT. With 3-4 or more, a cab is cheaper and a bit more convenient. DH and I are planning to try Uber this time (in 2 weeks). Priced it out at around $23 each way.
