lots of mentions of business/shareholders/balance sheet in there, and absolutely nothing about customers/guests.

Seems disney has well and truely lost its customer focus doesnt it?

I don't know which emotion is stronger right now....relief that Jay is gone
.....or fear that Tom is now in charge of the parks.

And what does Jay know about GAAP????? Will he run the finances like he ran the parks?
