Not true.
At Disneyland this week-a cast member informed us that disney research shows no true satisfaction from management or park guests with the current fastpass system. He said that the research showed "that the overall experience for guests shows limited or no real time saving" since virtually all guests now use the FP system.

I had always heard the opposite. That most guests DO NOT know about FP or don't understand how it works. And most dissatisfaction came from guests seeing others using it and not knowing it was available to them.
I have a friend who is @ WDW now and he says he is hearing that they are going to start charging for PastPasses like Universal?? Anyone, else hear this??
Not true.
^^^The Straight Up Answer.
The point of FP is to get the guest out of line and doing something else (like shopping) so charging for it would work against its purpose.

At WDW that's more the case, but they talked to a Disneyland CM where most people are locals and DO know how FP works
The OP says WDW, so they were talking to a WDW CM. I still say the CM was a bus driver!
But I wasn't replying to the or about the OP![]()
