From today's WSJ
"Walt Disney Co. plans to unveil Wednesday its first foray into residential real estate in more than a decade with a pricey vacation-home development in Florida's Walt Disney World."
" Disney will offer homes priced between $1.5 million and $8 million in a state where the foreclosure rate remains among the nation's highest."
Just what Walt would have wanted

, I thought they got out of Celebration because they didn't have enough control over what people did to and with their own homes. Now they are selling this as a World of Privledge and Access (just as Walt invisioned?), charging 1.5-8 mil and they think they will be able to control this? What about voting, etc.? I though they had some employees living in trailers on property so they could fulfill some voting requirement regarding what is done on property while having complete control of the vote. I wonder what throwing a bunch of 7 figure homeowners into the mix will do to this? What could possibly go wrong
Guess I will just have to save my $1.5-8 million for now.
