Disney tix purchased online and Fast Pass+

We are arriving on 6/18 and wanted to purchase tickets through the Disney website. Will we get ticket numbers right away to link to my disney experience? Or do we have to wait until we arrive?

If bought on Disney website they link themselves to MDE if you choose the will-call option.
