Has anyone used other companies besides Disney to buy their tickets and if so, what were your experiences???

There are two places I've had experience with:

AAA sells Disney tickets at a slight discount. You actually go to the AAA office and physically get the tickets.

Undercover Tourist sells all kinds of Disney tickets online. If you join Mousesavers website you get a special discount. We used them this year for our DS and got prompt expert service. They mail the actual tickets to you, not just vouchers.

ETA: With AAA they don't have all tickets available. Only certain combos. At least that's they way it was when I was going through them.

A few years ago, I purchased 5-day park hoppers from AAA. It was cheaper than Disney.

Now, we buy 10-day no expirations.

I second undercover tourist. When you go through the mousesavers link you get the extra discount, but don't be fooled by the prices. When you look on disney's site, the price does not include taxes, the price quoted by undercover tourist is with all taxes. Their customer service is GREAT as well. Tickets arrive quickly, and I even was able to exchange the ones I bought for different ones. They are great. I will probably always buy my disney tickets through them from now on.

We just bought ours from Undercover Tourist. 10 day water park and more passes saved about 20 per tickert over the Disney price. Super quick shipping.

Undercover Tourist....my sis has used them a few times. We usally book a package so it comes with tickets.
