Does anyone know if you can change/upgrade Disney tickets after you've bought them and used part of them? For example, if you bought a 3 day base ticket, could you later after using the ticket for 1 or 2 days, change it to a 4 day ticket, or add on the park hopper feature? :sunny:

1) If you by a MYW ticket, you can upgrade it within 14-days of 1st use.
2) You get full credit for what you paid vs the new price.
3) You also get full credit from a previous purchase of ticket
. . . regardless when you bought the MYW ticket
. . . if bought at AAA
. . . if bought at any Disney location (WDW, internet, Disney Store)
4) If you used part of it more than 14-days ago
. . . you can upgrade it
. . . you get a partial credit against the new ticket
. . . the computer automatically figures the price difference

NOTE: Tickets which pre-date January 2005 are not eligible for upgrading.

Very good info. We are taking our 3 day fl. resident tickets from April that are used and applying the price to our Season Pass in Sept. We also bought a base ticket for the free dining and we plan to use that to renew our passes next year. Always save the receipt! I can't find mine but don't know how much of a problem it is going to be.
