Disney Themed Running Costume Help/Ideas?

Creative Inspiration Needed. I am running the '14 marathon with my friend. This is in conjunction with my Disney family vacation. I very much want to run in costume. Here are the guidelines and if you have ideas, please share with me. I would appreciate the help. It would be cool if my friend and I could have matching Disney running costumes. However, it needs to be platonic. No cinderella and the prince. If need be I guess we can just have distinct disney costumes. (Any links with pictures would be helpful). Also, this is not a 5k, but a marathon(my first) so as minimalistic as possible. And, I do I find/create running clothes to make the costume work? I cannot just wear a cotton tshirt the whole way. Am I crazy for even thinking about this? ANy thoughts and help? Thank you very much.
