Disney themed mini-golf?

Hello again.

I have searched for this, but have had no luck.........

My girlfriend says there are two disney mini-golf courses but i cannot find them on any maps (apart from the proper golf courses), anyone know of them? If they exist, are they easy to get to?

Fantasia Gardens is right next to the Swan Hotel, by the Epcot Resorts.

Disney's Winter Summerland is next to Blizzard Beach.

They are easy to get to and have been quite a bit during our trips. Winter/Summerland is probably our favorite.
