My family and I will be taking our first trip to WDW on April 23rd. I had this brilliant idea that I would make both of my kids' Easter baskets this year Disney themed but I am stumped as to what to put in them? Ideally I would like to put in some things that will help to keep them entertained in the car (we will be driving from the Atlanta area) but also some things they might "need" on our trip (like maybe autograph books). Any other ideas? I have a 5 year old boy (who LOVES Toys Story) and a 3 1/2 year old girl (who is big into the princesses).

Thanks for your help.

We are going the 19th -28th so I am doing a Disney Easter too! My two boys are both getting Disney Coloring books I found at Dollar Tree. Disney sunglasses from Walmart, Disney Nemo sun-block from Walmart, Disney fruit snacks, and I will also be filling some eggs with Disney Dollars that got from the Disney store. I also got a bunch of stickers mickey, nemo, incredibles, pooh that also will be filling eggs with. They are also getting their own CD player that I got at Walmart at Christmas time for $4.88 each. (We are flying and we have a 2.5 drive to the aiport.) They both are getting pin lanyards and a starter set of pins too! I am also making their autograph books, but those will come from us not the easter bunny. Basicly anything I find thats Disney I've been picking up and stashing away. I thought about sending a surprise package to the hotel but I will probably use it all for Easter. :cool1: :sunny:

You could include pens with the autograph books. Stickers are always good and candy with their favorite characters. What about coloring books and activity books wiht their favorite characters? Hmmm...what about hats with their characters or something like that? Also, a cute stuffed animal? It would be cute if you had the housekeeping put the baskets in your room while you are in the parks during the day. If you are staying onsite, you can just ask the front desk and they will help you. They are very helpful about this. Hope you have a good vacation.

I saw a huge disney princessess easter basket at wal-mart-I think it was about 20 bucks!!!
Have Fun

I bought a bunch of disney dollars and put them in plastic easter eggs. I hid them around the house and we had an egg hunt on Easter morning. This way they had their own money at Disney World and they weren't constantly asking me to buy them souvenirs.
