Disney Theatrical Group Questions?!?!?!

I don't know whether this is the right forum or not but I am currently a college student with a couple of friends who have done the Disney College Program before and It's been a dream of mine to work for Disney(Isn't it everyone's dream?), but the problem is the only Disney Thing around me is a few Disney Stores and The Walt Disney Family Museum, whose employees aren't really considered Cast Members. To my luck though, I recently found out that the Disney theatrical Group was going to put on Disney's The Lion King Broadway show in San Francisco and they are looking for Merchandise Associates. I have a few questions though about this role, Would Merchandise Associates still be considered Cast Members since they are working for Disney's theatrical Group instead of Feld Entertainment? What would some of their benefits be? Also, the show is only going to be around for 4 months so I know it's a part-time temporary thing. Second, would Merchandise Associate's wear Costumes and get a Name Badge and Disney ID Card? Pretty much any information regarding a Part-Time temporary Role with The Disney Theatrical Group would be of help. Thanks in Advance!

Truthfully for what you want I would go apply at The Disney Store. I worked there for 4 years and had a company ID and got the room discounts, comp tickets. The cast members at the stores are considered Disney cast members.
