I had an absolutely wonderful time!
I never dreamed that they would give everyone a cruise 2 years in a row. Since this was my first year, I figured I had missed out. What a fabulous suprise!
Poor Ryan! What a good sport.
I didn't mind the Ntags. I liked having my agenda, the park hours, and the ability to get other people's contact information. What I didn't like was the people who were obsessed with getting everyone's contact information and racking up points. Having someone else's Ntag shoved in my face constantly got really old really fast. There are pros and cons to everything, I guess.
Watching Susan Egan and Richard Sherman perform was the big highlight for me. For years, my FIL called me Meg because he says we have the same sense of humor. So getting to see the "real" Meg was a big kick for me. According to my parents, I could sing "The Wonderful Thing About Tiggers" in its entirety by the time I was two years old. Seeing Mr. Sherman perform and sing that song had me in a big sloppy mess of happy tears. The man is living Disney history. Seeing him perform was fullfilling a dream that I never even knew I had.
I was able to record some of each performance on my camera. I've never done that before so I'm trying to figure out how to handle and preserve it. Once I do figure it out, I will post it on my blog if anyone is interested in seeing it. I have Susan Egan's "I Won't Say I'm in Love". I also have Richard Sherman's "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious", "I Wanna Be Like You", "Winnie-the-Pooh", "Up, Down, and Touch the Ground", "The Wonderful Thing About Tiggers", "The Aristocats", "The Ugly Bug Ball", "In the Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tiki Room", "A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow", and "It's a Small World". I was at a table in the very front row down on the end (in front of the band) so I had a decent angle and unobstructed view.
