Disney system down for the weekend.....?

I just called the AP holder line to see why I have never been able to get past a certain point online (on Disney.com), and I was informed by the gentleman on the other end, that the Disney computers are down for the weekend. Apparently they are adding some upgrades. So he couldn't help me, he couldn't look up ANYTHING.
I'm not sure if that will hold true for all of you, but I thought I should tell you they were having problems.

Interesting. I just bought MVMCP tickets online about 15 minutes ago.

I just tried to view my Jan reservations on-line and got the same message. Their reservation system is down from Friday to Sunday. Of course they had the dates wrong - it said from Friday November 17th to Sunday November 18th. The note also said to call if you had any questions - apparently that is not an option.

OK, must be me. I just now successfully went into the AP web site.

I went to http://www.disneyworld.com and clicked on Passholders. Put in my name and AP code and got right in.

What error messages are you getting?

This is odd because I can get on and check reservations and get on the AP site.

Hey all... We can book normal room only reservations, but any type of packages you will be unable to book. The update will last until noon on Sunday. Therefore any internet bookings most likely will not go through as we consider them packages. Hope this helps!

My problem is that I go to disneyworld.com, click on passholders and get the error message that I mentioned above. I can't access the passholders site at all. I'm not trying to book a package. I just want to purchase Christmas party tickets.

That's odd. Worse come to worse.. Call them in the morning to buy the tickets. I know that system for tickets is working.

You probably need to clean out (read delete) your cookies and caches from your computer and try again. That might help.
