Happy New Year everyone! I sailed on the Dec 9th Wonder. Just last week I received a postcard to fill out an online survey. Is this standard procedure? I filled out the survey before I left the ship. Just curious. Thanks.

I sailed on the 12/2 Wonder and received a postcard survey (last week) as well as an online survey (about two weeks ago).

Don’t wait too long to respond. It was a few weeks before I went online to respond and I got a message that they had already received all the surreys that they needed.

It is common to recieve the surveys. And don't think for a minute that your vote doesn't matter-it does!

They say that they are randon, but someomne in our family manages to get one every cruise and trust me we fill them out. I think it is evident that your/our voice is important bacause they continue to make changes, for the better
