Disney store swimsuits

Does anyone know how the Disney store girls swimsuits fit? My DD is almost 4. Size 4 clothes fit her well right now. According to her height and weight, she is at the border between size 4 and 5/6 in swimsuits. Wondering if I should go for the larger size.

In my experience Disney store swimsuits run small, so I would go for the larger size. My daughter wore size 5/6 last year at 4 1/2 years old (see was a little above average size).

I've found most disney things to run small so I order up. They'll always grow if they're a bit large.

I got an email that the Disney Store is having a 25% off your purchase coupon starting tomorrow 2/14/2013. Not sure if the site will advertise or if you'll have to look for it, but the email said that everyone will be able to use it, not just Disney Visa Holders. Hope it will help you!

I just bought 2 last week. I thought they ran true to size.

I agree. I find their swim suits to run true to size.

They run small! Just got a size 2 one for my daughter and it is the same size as 12-18 month suits she has in other brands.

I believe they run small. I have trouble finding swim suits that fit my daughter well (she is very long legged but very, very slim) and they tend to fit her no problem! The bottoms do not fall off of her like most of the other swimsuit bottoms do. So based on how they fit her... I would think they'd run small on an average child.

Definitely small. I took our little one to a big disney store up in London to get her swimsuit, cap, tshirts, Minnie outfit etc. I had to get her a size bigger than we normally would've got because it was all rather small!

Yes, I agree...get the bigger size. My dd is very skinny for her height and age, and even I had to take a swimsuit back to get the larger size last year when I had bought her "her size."

We just got the rapunzel one last week and it was pretty spot on for the 4 size. Even a little roomy length-wise.

I too have always had to order a size up for disney store items! I just went overboard a bit with the 25% off sale. I stuck with the same sizes for my son and his tshirts because all the reviews for those said true to size so I'm hoping it's just the girls items that run small.

Just got my daughter the Jasmine swimsuit & she wears a 5/6, it is runs SMALL! Just praying we can through the the summer with it!!! I would def order a size up.
