If you are upset about the stores around you closing, please call Guest Relations at 1-866-902-2798.

All of our Disney Stores in St. Louis, MO are closing.

This is insane!

dont see how calling is going to help. maybe shopping there and actually buying stuff would have helped.

Calling will let Disney know that we care and that we would love to give them our money! If you already don't shop at the Disney Store, then this post wasn't meant for you.

Only call if you care and would like to have a Disney Store closer than 5 hours away!!!!

A company is not going to close a store that is profitable. Unfortunately, calling will not help the situation. I understand your pain.

Thank goodness you can shop on-line.

Disney is closing stores that ARE profitable. I have seen the numbers. I am cast member. Call if you want, don't call if you don't want to.

CALLING WILL HELP!!! We were instucted BY THE DISNEY COMPANY to CALL and voice our concerns.

I don't think the Disney stores are as good as they used to be, at least not the ones here that I've been in. And I always go in them when I'm at the mall but it just seems like in the last few years it is all kids' clothes and toys, not much for adults at all. :(

Used to be they had quite a good selection of clothing for adults, and nice watches too. Now all of that is gone.

The one in the Lansing Mall is gone, and it really didn't bother me since I haven't bought anything in there in a couple years or more.

I always wished they would have Disney kitchen stuff in their stores, and bathroom stuff too but I never saw anything like that. Too bad. And why not bedding too? Did they ever even try to sell stuff like that in the stores? Seems like those kinds of items would sell.

That is exactly the same kind of merchandise I am always interested in purchasing. When they had the "Disney Home Collection" kitchen items in the store last fall....I bought all of it!

Maybe now that Disney has the store's back they will go back to the way they were. I know if they did I would be buying alot more stuff. Sometimes now I don't even go in.

I like my local DS. This one carries some adult clothing and I have noticed they were starting to carry more kitchen items. I don't know how this particular store could carry all the items you are suggesting because they don't have enough room. It is in a mall.

LOL they truthfully don't know if some of the stores they are closing are profitable. Some haven't even opened and others have just opened, the one at the Outlets in Hershey just opened around Christmas. They haven't even been opened during tourist season.
I honestly think that all of the stores will close now. Disney dosen't mean quality it means making a buck. They know that now everyone knows that Disney owns the stores again they will need to prove quality, they don't provide that so they give up before they start.

i didn't have a chance to open the link i saw posted this weekend re stores to be closed...

anybody have it or remember if the Ross Park store in Pittsburgh is getting the axe?popcorn::

wah, found the list on next page...guess it's a goner. Hate to say it, yet it they ran it into the ground and i haven't been there in a very long time, usually only to pick up disney dollars anyway since it's such a long drive from my house

They would have room if they would give up even a third of all the kids' clothes/toys. Around here that's pretty much all they were trying to sell the last few times I went in to look around.

Does anyone have a list of the stores that are closing? Are any stores in NC closing?

The last time I went in to our golf mill store in illinois, all I saw was purple and pink. Maybe some yellow...

Nothing for adults, and kids stuff was all at gift shop prices. I'd rather buy when I am at the parks.

So, Disney is telling you to call...Disney? That's like me telling my kids to complain to me when I tell them "no" to something.

Sorry, something isn't adding up with your statement. :confused3

Funny - it's the exact opposite around here. I used to love buying children's clothes at TDS (back when it was acutally owned by Disney). Now the whole store seems to be toys.

To the OP, how do you know the St. Louis Disney Stores are closing? I was just in the one at the crestwood mall and it didn't look like it was closing down. Do you know when they expect them to close down?

One in cleveland is closing as well. Workers told about it last Wednesday. One of 100 stores closing they were told.

I work at the store in Crestwood. We are closing. All of the stores in St. Louis are closing. Liquidation started today.
