disney store park hopper tix 800 #?

I purchased my park hopper tickets at the disney store and I tried to use the 800 # that is given for vacation planning purposes to people who buy their tix at the dis store.

When you call the number they have you punch in a code listed on the card into your touch tone phone. When I did this, the recording said it was having trouble recognizing my card.

I tried all four of my cards on two different phones in my house.

I called 407 w-disney and they had never heard of the 800 number. I called my disney store and they said no one else has ever had a problem with the 800 number.

Frankly, I'm worried that these passes are no good. Everyone at disney assures me that as long as I have my receipt I will not have a problem getting new tickets when we get there (on Thursday) but I do not need this extra hassle!

Has anyone else used this process? Thanks!

Hi teambuffy!

I have not heard about this 800#, but I HAVE heard about people having problems with their TDS hopper passes when they get to Disney. I sure don't know why, but ever since they have switched to the passes that hang on the display, there have been problems.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with getting through to the 800 #, but if I were you, I would arrive at your first park a few minutes early with your passes AND receipt so that if you DO have problems and they need to replace your passes, then you timing is not thrown off.

I never used the 800# but when I purchased tix for friends it was pointed out to me....I also would make sure that I carried my reciept with me during the first visit to the park...Just to be sure that I got in....
