Disney Store Online Issues

i have been trying since yesterday to make a purchase on the Disney Store website and keep getting an error message either when I hit checkout and get to the screen to confirm my name and address or I get past that and get to the payment screen and that is where it happens. Has anyone else been experiencing this as well?
