ETA: Just tried to use this code and it says it is only available on select TWEEN merchandise so it won't work on the Handy Manny stuff.

..and last week I didn't qualify for the 5 shipping even though my cart had more than the required amount in it. Then I didn't qualify for the 25% off sale items thing..probably because I had things from the outlet and they don't count as on sale? Also..I had D23 stuff so I guess those didn't count for the 5 dollar shipping.. kinda miffed about all that.
