Disney store MYW ticket ?

I was at the Disney Store last night. They have the MYT park hoopers that you can activate for 3-7 days.

If I bought them and paid for 7 days can I make them a 8 day hpper when we get to WDW? Or am I better off just ordering them online from Disney?

Yes you can add an eighth day after you get to Disney. The added cost is the same $4. regardless of whether you bought the tickets from the Disney Store or 7 day tickets from Disney by mail or at the gates.

Not sure how the cost of the base tickets compares at the Disney Store.

If you wait until you get to Walt Disney World, you will pay the gate price.

By ordering in advance from the Disney Web Site, you will save just a bit with an advance purchase discount. The advance savings on an 8 day hopper is about $12 on an adult ticket and about $10 on a child's ticket. You also would save the hassle of waiting in one more line.
