Disney Store Coupon

Hi, I just recieved a Disney Store coupon for 20% off from NOV 11-15th. Can anyone tell me if this can be used @ WDW and if so which store? I will be there Nov. 13-18th and want to use this coupon. MY MIL said that she got a 15% off coupon from Disney Chase visa, anyone else know about these?
