How do you get it and did it start already? Will it be expensive? Will they have original movies like Netflix?

There are no details currently available on it. With the Fox merger looming, and the stake in Hulu they will get with that, it may be possible that Hulu will become their platform of choice. It'll be a while before we know anything.
