Just read the announcement for the changes planned at Downtown Disney.

Initially it looks good....what do you think of the plans?

well if they actually go ahead with these new plans then I think it looks good (you tube have some images). I like the idea of a bridge across from the Rain Forrest to the Lego store side. It def needs something doing over in what was Pleasure Island. Hopefull these plans won't get scrapped like the last lot..

Works starts next month so disneyblogs has said, i just hope it doesnt interfere too much with whats there now as we love dtd.

Im not so keen on the multistory car park but agree something has to be done with parking there

I agree on the multi-story car park being a bit 'non-Disney' - that said, they really need to do something about the parking situation, it's awful at the moment

There is talk of a Trader Sam's Bar coming to DTD and that would be wonderful - the one in DL is a blast!
