Disney Springs World of Coca-Cola: Have refillable cups returned?

On a previous trip, we purchased a lifetime-refillable souvenir cup at World of Coca-Cola with indefinite $1 refills. We've used it on every trip since then, up until the pandemic hit. When we went to WDW in February, they were not refilling these. We are contemplating another WDW trip soon. Does anyone know if they have resumed filling these refillable Coke cups?

I have tried calling the facility to ask, but the phone # listed online just rings & rings.
