I doubt it. But don't let that stop you. There are already a lot of new stores and Restaurants to check out.

When DS was DTD, there were still a good variety of shopping options. That hasn't changed. It's doubtful that anything will be 100% completed by the time you go but there's already a lot of new things there to look at and I doubt you'll be disappointed with any of it.

If you like that sort of thing I think you'd enjoy what you experience there in November. Seems like I've heard 2017 in relation to a completion date, but I think part of that is another parking structure(not that easy access parking is anything to sneeze at.)

I was just there over NYE and there's plenty to see and do even with the construction.
