Disney Springs Questions

*Least crowded time of day during the week? Opening/Lunchtime/12pm or 3 pm? Does it matter? Not going to attempt the evening or weekend.
*Lego store...are they doing the Build a Minifig?
*Anyone had the seasonal margarita @ Dockside Margaritas? Any good?

-Weekday midday is much less crowded than evenings/weekends. The crowd level is generally lowest at DS open, and will gradually build thoughout the day.
-Lego is letting people book Build a Minifig appointments online, so I assume yes.
-Not yet.
