Is Disney Springs packed all day on Saturday? I figured it would be busy with locals. But other than Ghiardellis and Chicken guy, I'm not so much interested in Shopping, but I am interested in going to Disney Springs, then taking the boats to POR, POFQ, and OKW. And I'm going in the morning-early afternoon. Would the boats be relatively unbury, even though it's Saturday, at that time?

DS is always crowded on the weekends, no matter the time of year. Very first thing in the morning will be the least busy, but as it approaches lunch time - 11ish, it will get noticeably more crowded. Going to a resort at that time might not be so bad, though, since most would be coming the other way. Even if you have to wait for another boat, your wait shouldn’t be longer than 15. You can mobile order Chicken Guy, so that will save you time if there’s a line (and there usually is).
