Disney Springs Mac&Cheese Food Truck Closing?

I read just a couple articles yesterday (5/20) that the mac and cheese truck at Disney Springs is closing in early June and being replaced. Is this true? I can't find anything official from Disney on this potentual change.

Sure seems true, KTP is a pretty accurate source, who knows why its leaving - I'm unsure if it was a Disney or outside contractor, so could have been under performing or just time to mix it up.

From what I read, these were Disney operated trucks and not external vendors paying rent. The long term plan may be to bring in rent paying tenants to operate trucks instead. Much less risk for Disney as they don't need to worry about losing money and the employees work for someone else and if they get injured, Disney isn't on the hook for workers comp.

Why Disney was operating food trucks in the first place simply baffles me...

We arrive later in June and wanted to hit these up for a quick, informal meal. Missed them our last trip down and seems we might not have the chance this time.

We don't think any of the food trucks there are all that amazing. Not terrible, but definitely not on my to do list when I visit Springs. So I don't think you're really missing out on anything.
