Disney Springs Late Night Snack Options

I have an upcoming trip in January, and we'll be landing on a Friday night. I'm thinking we'll get to the hotel around 9 or 9:30, so we're planning to head to Disney Springs since it's open until 11:30. We'd like to be able to get some snacks/desserts, but I've seen people say that even though DS doesn't close until 11:30, restaurants stop serving earlier than that. Is that the case for places like Salt and Straw, Everglazed, Sprinkles, the gelato place, etc? Has anyone been able to get food from those sorts of places closer to closing time?

You can check each restaurant you’ve an interest in, individually.
www.opentable.com probably has all of them listed if they are table service eateries. Guessing the gelato place won’t be there but you can search for its website.

Check the DS website - https://www.disneysprings.com/. Navigate to Dining and then to the restaurants you’re interested in. Their hours will be listed.
