Disney Springs hotel question

We are loosely starting to plan for a trip next spring (2021). We're considering staying in one of the Disney Springs hotels this time. Does anyone know how far in advance most of those hotels will book out? Also, does anyone know when Disney usually releases information on the Disney Springs hotels getting the EMH and 60 day fast passes?

It appears in the previous years they announced the extension in Sept. and Oct. They have been offering this since 2017, so it likely will continue.

As for filling up, they don't fill up like the Disney hotels do. Look at this year's availability to give you an idea.
