Disney Springs hilton partner hotels

Hi. Is there a max stay in these resorts. They are saying not available/sold out when I use my dates (for 12 days) but when I shorten my days I can get bookings 3-5 at a time and get all 12 days (obviously I dont want to do 3 bookings.) Also zero partner hotels show up when booking on disney site for my dates but show up for all the previous mths. I'm scratching my head as to why. Any idea? Thanks
