Disney Springs DIY F&W Fest

Saw the post about the monorail bar crawl and reminded me of this. Last time I was at DS, we did a DIY food and wine fest type experience there. A few of the better places have "small bites"/quick service windows, plus there are a number of places to get drinks. Anyone ever tried this before? We did bites from Frontera, Morimoto Street Food, Chicken Guy and a couple others over the course of the afternoon. Also mixed in drinks from several spots. Finished at the Hangar Bar. You can get some really great food from those quick service spots (the ribs are Morimoto are incredible). Nice way to sample all the things that DS has to offer.

I like the way you think! I'm pretty sure we will be in Orlando over Christmas break but not doing the parks.
It won't be an adults only trip but one of my kids is over 21 and while my other 2 are at the NBA Experience she and I will need something to do other than shop. Your plan sounds good to me
