Is the bus stop for Disney Springs located near Earl of Sandwich of has it moved?

A little spin off on this question; we plan to drive to Disney Springs on our upcoming trip and want to eat at Earl of Sandwich for lunch one day. Is there still parking down at that end or do you have to park in the parking garage which seems to be on the opposite side from where we want to be? Thanks!

The parking garage being so far away is why we were going to taken the bus instead of driving, I just didn't want to find out that I had to walk just as far even with the bus.

There are rumors that the new bus depot may open in May. It looks like the Guest entrance will be next to the east entrance of the Orange Garage, by the former Planet Hollywood.

Is there any handicap parking at all near the marketplace entrance
Not really, at this time. The handicapped parking is across the street at Team Disney or maybe Suntrust, which require a walk to the pedestrian bridges and crossing over both of them, which drops you by the toy store.

Just an update:

As you may have heard, DS Town Center (let's call it TC) will be opening 5/15. The new bus loop is now expected to open to Guests around the end of May, after 2 weeks of testing and driver training. Buses will drop off at TC, from whence Guests will be able to walk to one of the 3 other neighborhoods.

The bus pick-ups will be a little bit farther west. If you're lucky enough to be going to a resort that picks up at one of the first 6 load zones, it will be a very short walk. If you have to go to one of the outermost load zones, it will be another 1/4 mi., similar to the MK bus depot. This is just a guess, but I suspect that Pop and AoA will be at the furthest load zones, since they are the ones designed to accommodate articulated buses.

And it's been confirmed that bus service to the existing Marketplace depot will be discontinued.

Thanks, was just wondering what the status of the new bus stops were.
I really dislike the current set up and avoid DS because of it, unless we happen to have our car (rare)
So the new stop is more centrally located? Anyone have a map that show where the new stops are?

here is a page with a map showing the new layout.

#2 is the new bus pickup area - see how spacious? 4 different "arms" of pedestrian walkways and bus bays on each side. If we are lucky the drop off area that joelkfla spoke of will be the long space between Town Center #10 and the second garage #3.

I also hope this page is correct and we'll see a Friendship class boat take over the red flag shuttle among the 3 DS docks. But the walk from the bus drop back to The Landing Dock is still quite a way - you will do better to walk directly right toward the Marketplace if you are going that way.

That map is *VERY* outdated. It doesn't even show the Orange Garage.

The bus loops have been reoriented to be parallel to the road. There are 2 loops, so 3 platforms: one along the north side of the inner loop, one between the loops, and one along the south side of the outer loop, which is the location of the articulated bus stalls. The walkways to the 2nd & 3rd platforms will be near the Orange Garage. The drop-off area will be between the Lime Garage and the first loop, directly in front of Town Center.

Operational procedures are still being worked out. It's likely that some buses will drop off in the loading area rather than the drop-off area.

Well I guess we have to wait to see the new final layout since no other has been released. Parallel to the road? That's awful. It means long walks to the outer loops.

Yep. Like I said above, about 1/4 mi. to the furthest load zone.
