Disney Springs boat transportation: Still down? Any rumors or word on restarting?

I'll be heading up to Disney World on July 2, and staying at Saratoga Springs - I'll also have another trip in late September also staying at Disney Springs. One of my favorite things to do when staying there, aside from being able to walk over to Disney Springs, is catching the boat transportation to OKW or Port Orleans. With Port Orleans still closed, and last I heard, the Springs boats not running, I no longer have the option to enjoy the boat to OKW or even from West side to Marketplace. Has anyone heard any word on whether the boats are to start back up, or any rumors that they may? I'm expecting it to be fairly unlikely they'll be running by July 2, but hoping maybe September they'll be running again.

The boats were still down for this past trip - I have hopes they'll restart once Port Orleans is reopened in October - I just hope maybe they'll start running to OKW and around the Springs maybe by my September trip (end of the month). I'll be back one more time in December as well, again at Saratoga...so if things aren't up and running by the September trip, then we'll see if everything's more normal by December!
