Is there somewhere in DS where you can upgrade tickets? Or is that only done at parks? We were thinking of an early dinner on our arrival day at DS before going over to Epcot for EMH to walk the show case a bit, but weren't sure if we'd be able to upgrade tickets to APs at DS.

Yes, there are full service Guest Relations at DS that can perform all AP transactions.

If you are entering Epcot the same day as the DS upgrade, you don’t loose any AP days.

You can do it at guest relations in Disney Springs, but if that's out of your way, you could also just wait and do it at the guest services at the entrance to Epcot.

We wanted to go to Raglan and maybe a store or two since we likely won't go to DS the rest of the trip.
