2) Transportation schedule-how often, reliable, how long before parks open and after close, where do they drop you off at the theme parks, have to reserve time slot?

Yes, the Disney Springs hotels are eligible for early entry.
Anyone, no matter where they are staying, can book Genie+ at 7:00.
The Disney Springs hotels are not eligible for booking individual lightning lane (ILL) attractions at 7:00.
