I'm a big fan of the DoubleTree Suites Lake Buena Vista. It is one of the seven hotels located on Disney property adjacent to Disney Springs. I've stayed there 5-6 times over the past three years. I've never had a bad stay.
The majority of their suites have two queen beds and a sofa-bed. The 540 square feet suites have one bathroom and a wet bar with sink, microwave, and small refrigerator. Unfortunately, parking is not included and costs $17 ($20 for valet). There is no resort fee.
The DoubleTree Suites has a great offer running through the Disney Springs Hotels marketing website. I picked a random Wednesday in August and priced a room for 4 adults. The standard rate is $159. The
AAA rate is $151. Using the promo, the same room is $119. All rates require a deposit of one night, but are fully refundable as long as they are canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
