We're going to wdw in August with our 2 adult children! The day before, our travel day, we would like to stay at a hotel near Disney Springs that has 3 sleeping surfaces. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I'm a big fan of the DoubleTree Suites Lake Buena Vista. It is one of the seven hotels located on Disney property adjacent to Disney Springs. I've stayed there 5-6 times over the past three years. I've never had a bad stay.

The majority of their suites have two queen beds and a sofa-bed. The 540 square feet suites have one bathroom and a wet bar with sink, microwave, and small refrigerator. Unfortunately, parking is not included and costs $17 ($20 for valet). There is no resort fee.

The DoubleTree Suites has a great offer running through the Disney Springs Hotels marketing website. I picked a random Wednesday in August and priced a room for 4 adults. The standard rate is $159. The AAA rate is $151. Using the promo, the same room is $119. All rates require a deposit of one night, but are fully refundable as long as they are canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

The promo rate ("Special Spring Deals" that seem to last into summer) can be found here: http://disneyspringshotels.com/hotels/doubletree-suites-by-hilton/

Thanks!

I also like the Doubletree but those sofa beds are pretty uncomfortable. We thought the B Resort and Spa had a better sofa bed.

I was just booking this rate for a future stay and I noticed that this promo actually includes self-parking. So, that's a $17 savings. You have to click on rate plan link on the Hilton website, but it shows this:

Rate Details Disney Springs Promo:
Disney Springs Hotel Plaza Association Discount Promotion! Including FREE internet and self-parking! Kids up to 17 stay free; no resort fee; 1 night deposit required with booking 3Day Cancellation policy; Limited availability ***HRCC DO NOT BOOK*** *OFFER is ONLY VALID for online booking through link*

Stayed at both Doubletree and B Resort and would go back to either in a heartbeat.

Obviously with Doubletree you get plenty of space. The suites were renovated just a couple years ago so all the sofabeds should be new but we didn't need it last trip.

B Resort has some nice beds, best sleep I've gotten in awhile. Adult DS slept on the sofabed. It's not large, like an oversized twin but he slept well.
