Disney Springs and Ticket question

We've always have purchased a package ahead of time so when asked this question I wasn't sure how to answer. Can park tickets be purchased at Disney Springs and if they purchase them when they get there can they still add them that late to the My Disney Experience app and try for some fastpasses? Thanks so much for the help.

Yes. You can always add your tickets to MDE, and you once you do that you can add a FP any time, even while you're standing outside the queue at the ride - if it's available, you can book it.

Guest Relations sells tickets and there is a GS location in the Town Center section of Disney Springs.

@sweetpea29488 ~ if they buy the tickets via the app, they save $20 for each ticket compared to the price at Guest Relations.

They can buy via the app when they get to Disney and still save $20 per each person.
