I paid $14.95 for one photo download at the Buzz Lightyear ride. The photo was taken 6 days ago. I got home went on line, and although I can get the Photopass number added to my account, it tells me there are no photos on it. I am feeling really ticked off right now.

I filled out a "lost photo" form online, so we'll see if they can find it. I am very happy that I did not purchase the Memory Maker. They do not promise that they can find the photo, nor is there any apparent way to get a refund. I realize that they take thousands of photos every day and it must be a challenge to keep them all straight, but one photo loaded onto a card at a ride should not be that difficult!

OK I just got some updated info from Disney regarding the link for current photos, please see my new post below.

That is really frustrating, they lost a family photo we took at the Grand Floridian around the holidays last year, but on the up side the " I lost my photo" found them fairly quickly. I know won't make you feel better until you get your photos, but don't lose hope.

They'll find it or refund it. I'd still be frustrated, but they won't leave you holding the bag.

Are you sure you didn't enter the PhotoPass card on the Disneyland web site?

Probably 99% of the time you created your account and claimed your card on DisneyPhotoPass.com, the site for California and Hawaii.

OK so this is what I learned. The card they gave me says to go to "MyDisneyPhotoPass.com". This is the site I went to, as instructed on the PhotoPass card. I just got an e-mail stating that this is " our Standard Site which retired for Walt Disney World Guests on November 18, 2013."

Apparently the info on the cards themselves is obsolete. You have to go back into the "My Disney Experience" and use the links in there. That link brings you to mydisneyphotopass.disney.go.com. Once I got in there I was able to retrieve the photo!

Thanks for the support everyone, I hope this info is helpful.

Mydisneyphotopass.com automatically redirects you to MyDisneyPhotoPass.disney.go.com.

If however you google mydisneyphotopass.com instead of navigating to that address you go where Google has decided is the correct address.

Looks like another classic case of PEBKAC :)
