Disney site - trying to update Profile

Hi there,
I've been trying to update my profile on the Disney site and for the life of me the site will not save! I receive this message: Unexpected error occurred. Please try again.

I looked under the Website Help section and there is nothing that can help me with this.

I tried this a few weeks ago too and was receiving the same message. So I figured I'd try again today and still have no luck.

Has anyone else had issues with their profile?

Same thing happened to me before. I just gave up! Figured I would try again tomorrow. As much as I love Disney I have to say they have the website with the most glitches!!!

I ran into this problem, too. I found that there were some things I could update and some things that I couldn't.

Me too. My address is blank, but there is a shipping address. I tried to add home address and I get the same error message.

I was trying to update my profile to add my Annual Pass info, and I also had problems. So, I called the contact number listed on the website, and she updated the info for me.

Sometimes you need to clear your Cookies. Anything with "Disney" or "go". That has worked for me in the past.
