Disney site not showing my reservation??

I booked two weeks ago through Small World. I went on the Disney web site and put in my conformation #. It says that my # isn't valid. Is this because I didn't book through them or do I have a problem? Thanks in advance. I have a knot in my stomach.

I dont know that maybe possible. I booked my trip through AAA and I can't view my reservation on the website either.

It doesn't show up unless you book on-line. One hand does not know what the other is doing over there!

Sorry, but if you book through an agency and not through Disney, you cannot see your reservation on-line. You'll need to harras your travel agent if you want to confirm that you really are going.

Mine showed up and I booked over the phone. It was the BEST feeling to go online and see it right there with a countdown and everything! I'm so sorry it doesn't work for those thru TAs.

It's true, you can't see your reservations online if you book through a TA. I have mine through AAA, and I occasionally ask them for a printout, just to keep myself from going crazy!
