Disney site having issues??

Is the Disney World website down? I have been trying to renew my pass for a couple of days. This is te message I get:
HTTP 400 error
It’s not you, it’s this link (it appears to be broken)
Try this

• Retype the web address
• Go back to the last page
• Search for the page

I sent a email and they said they would get back to me in a week to ten days. I have tried calling, and they told me there is heavy demand and my wait time could exceed 25 minutes. I gave up at 48 minutes. I do not understand how a company could have such a ridiculous website, that is constantly having 'issues'. Had to vent, so frustrated right now!!!! Is anyone else having difficulties?

Try buying Memory Maker...they're having some issues

You can safely assume that it's always their site having a problem. Been that way since Disney established a web presence.

Disney's site has never performed well.
