Disney site counter error!

So everyday we chech the Disney site to watch the counter go down. This morning it jumped to 23, and our reservation starts on the 16th!!
Anyone else have this problem?

I find that when I go there because it will default to the amount of days left when I last logged on. Try logging out and logging back in.

Yikes, I just checked and it doesn't show anything. It shows I have no reservations.
